# EFT Supervision and Group Trainings

![Dr. Sue Johnson, developer of Emotionally Focused Therapy](https://kristinajackson.com/images/sue-johnson.webp)

As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Supervisor, I offer supervision and group trainings that help therapists deepen their understanding of EFT and bring greater confidence to their work with couples. My approach connects the model to the emotional experience unfolding in the room, helping you recognize the couple’s cycle, stay attuned to each partner, and choose interventions with greater clarity. Through thoughtful discussion of clinical work and focused attention to the therapeutic process, we explore both the challenges and possibilities in your sessions. Groups offer a supportive setting to learn alongside colleagues and strengthen your skills. I am currently accepting inquiries for supervision and group trainings. Please contact me to learn more.
