# Register

## Fees

Session fee: $350 per 50-minute session.

My practice is private pay, and I do not bill insurance directly. If you’d like to seek reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request. Please check with your insurance company to confirm coverage for your sessions and the amount you may be reimbursed.

Payment: Zelle is preferred. Visa, cash, and checks are also accepted.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged the full session fee.

## Forms

Please complete the HIPAA-compliant registration paperwork. Once you submit it, it is sent securely to me.
